Tuesday: Mediterranean pasta casserole (from the freezer), green beans and roasted chicken thighs
Wednesday: Leftovers
Thursday: Venison, sweet potatoes and green beans
Friday: Homemade pizza
This morning, I had the most delicious and filling brunch (500 calories and 22 grams of protein!)
