Monday:  Sweet dijon chicken thighs, wild rice, carrots, cucumber slices
Tuesday:   Sundried tomato sole in a bag, sweet potato, fiddleheads
Wednesday:  Lamb burgers, salad
Thursday:  Grilled sandwiches, salad
Friday:  Out
